Metsä Board Annual General Meeting 2026

Metsä Board’s Annual General Meeting was held on 19 March 2026 at Finlandia Hall, with around 100 shareholders in attendance. The Annual General Meeting approved all proposals made to it by the Board of Directors. Elina Björklund and Daniel Peltonen were elected as new members of the Board. Before the Annual General Meeting, a management panel discussion in Finnish was organised for shareholders. Participants included CEO Esa Kaikkonen, CFO Anssi Tammilehto, and SVP, Commercial Operations Erja Hyrsky. The event was moderated by Katri Makkonen.
