Strike shuts down Metsä Board's mills in Kaskinen, Joutseno and Kemi

Due to ongoing strikes in Finland, production at Metsä Board's BCTMP mills in Kaskinen and in Joutseno and paperboard mill in Kemi will be temporarily shut down.

At the BCTMP mills in Kaskinen and Joutseno the shutdown is expected to start on the 17th of March.

A shutdown in Metsä Fibre’s bioproduct mill in Kemi will start on the 17th of March. After the shutdown of the bioproduct mill, production at the Metsä Board board mill in Kemi will stop on the 18th of March.
