Promoting equality and diversity in recruitment
Equality and non-discrimination are important principles for us and an integral part of our ethical culture.
Anonymous recruitment is one concrete measure as part of a wider development program to promote diversity and equality. Our aim is to strengthen fair treatment of applications based on skills and competences, equal treatment of applicants and diversity of personnel. We will indicate anonymous recruitments in the job advertisements.
In anonymous recruitment, certain personal data such as the candidate's name, date of birth, contact details, gender, mother tongue and any attachments are hidden. The application form includes questions to help the candidate to present their skills and strengths anonymously.
Recruiters will be given access to all the information and supporting documents before the first interview, once the candidates for interviews have been selected. Candidates who have not been invited for an interview will remain anonymous until the end of the process.
