Our white-collar professionals include experts in finance, IT, sourcing and logistics, HR, business process development, sales, marketing, supply chain, communication, legal affairs, and many other fields. Their mission is to support the implementation of the Group’s and its business areas’ strategies.

Metsä Group uses a hybrid work model. In white collar roles, it is generally possible to work remotely for 40% of the total working time.
