The Board of Directors of Metsä Group’s parent company Metsäliitto Cooperative has in its constituent meeting resolved that Jussi Linnaranta M.Sc. (Agriculture and Forestry) continues as the Chair of the Board of Directors. Mikko Mäkimattila M.Sc. (Agriculture and Forestry) continues as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors.
The compositions of Board of Directors’ committees are the following:
- Audit Committee: Ilkka Salonen (Chair), Päivi Lindqvist, Jussi Linnaranta, Eija Pitkänen and Juha Vanhainen.
- HR Committee: Taavi Heikkilä (Chair), Teuvo Hatva, Jussi Linnaranta and Mikko Mäkimattila.
