Anonymous recruitment

We want to make sure that all applicants have the opportunity for a fare treat when applying a job. Anonymous recruitment is based on applicants’ skills and competence.

In the first phase of the process, certain personal data such as the candidate's name, date of birth, contact details, gender, mother tongue and any attachments are hidden. Recruiters will be given access to all the information and supporting documents before the first interview, once the candidates for interviews have been selected. Candidates who have not been invited for an interview will remain anonymous until the end of the process.
