Martti Asunta elected to continue as the Chairman of the Metsäliitto Group Board

In its subsequent constituent meeting, Metsäliitto Cooperative Board of Directors elected M.Sc. (Forestry) Martti Asunta to continue as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2005 and the Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2008. Metsäliitto Group President and CEO Kari Jordan was elected to continue as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Arto Hiltunen was selected to continue as the chairman and Martti Asunta and Eino Halonen were selected to continue as members of the Audit Committee.

Martti Asunta was selected to continue as the chairman and Eino Halonen and Antti Tukeva were selected to continue as members of the Compensation Committee.
