Metsä Wood is launching a new online service: metsawood.online. The objective is to improve customer experience, productivity and sales channel management.
Metsä Wood’s already existing digital applications Timber Marketplace and Timber Academy will be available in metsawood.online.
The first new application to be launched is called “Track and Trace”. This enables customers to see the status of their orders and deliveries not only in our stock, but also during production and delivery. All relevant documents, such as invoices, are available in the system. Further, customers can send feedback and make claims online.
Metsawood.online is personalized to each customer and each individual user. Customers can access all our digital services from one place with one user name and password.
In the future metsawood.online will be expanding in many ways which are new to our industry.
