Recovery line – Energy production and recycling of chemicals

On the bioproduct mill’s recovery line, the chemicals used in the pulp process are recycled for reuse. In pulp production, recovery includes the evaporation plant, recovery boiler and turbine, causticising plant, lime kiln, bark gasification plant, sulphuric acid plant, water supply plant and biological effluent treatment plant. A great deal of renewable bioenergy is also produced.
