The company’s established manufacturing sites in Boston and King’s Lynn, supported by the wider Metsä Group supply network, provide a strong platform for ongoing service of UK customers with softwood and engineered wood products.
Recent investment in UK operations, including a new state-of-the-art production line for door linings and casings, demonstrates Metsä Wood’s long-term commitment to the UK market and supports its growth ambitions. The investment improves efficiency, product quality, availability, and customer choice, while strengthening the company’s manufacturing capability and ability to serve customers across the UK.
