“With this change we will reduce complexity as well as clarify roles and responsibilities. Given the regional character of the tissue business, this move will strengthen our organization regionally and bring decision-making closer to our customers,” says Mika Joukio, CEO of Metsä Tissue Corporation.

“The new organizational structure will support our ambition to improve profitability, stay agile and ensure a strong platform for future growth,” Joukio adds.
