The two tissue mills belonging to Metsä Tissue GmbH are centrally located in Germany, in Kreuzau (Nordrhein-Westfalen) and Raubach (Rheinland-Pfalz). The third German mill site operates under the name of Metsä Greaseproof Papers GmbH in Düren (also situated in Nordrhein-Westfalen) and produces greaseproof paper for food packaging for cooking and baking.
Metsä Tissue has been certified and awarded as a Top Employer 2024, 2023, 2022 and 2021 for its outstanding work environment.
