Wrapping

Use SAGA Cooking paper to marinate as well as to bake fish and meat. Gravlax, for instance, marinates really well wrapped in paper. Wrapping food in paper keeps meat and fish from drying in the oven. After cooking, let the meat rest in the paper for a few minutes to let the flavours settle and the juices be reabsorbed.

In addition to roasts and meatloaf, paper wrap is also perfect for herb and garlic butter. Roll your butter mix into a log using the paper and store it neatly wrapped up in the fridge.
