Smoking

Try smoking food in a SAGA pouch, package, or wrap - either in ready portions or as a whole. Smoking with cooking paper not only protects the food from dirt and soot but also softens the smoky flavor since the smoke is carried to the food through the paper.

Food can be served in paper wrapping as smoking gives the paper a beautiful golden color. In individual portions, smoking lets diners open their own portions themselves just before eating, so that the aromas remain fresh right up to the moment of enjoyment.
