Potato rolls with salmon

Quick dish for any occasion

Step 1
Boil 1\3 of potatoes, mash, add a little salt

Step 2
Cut salmon into 2 cm thick and 2 cm wide strips. Dampen a wooden skewer with water and pierce each strip. Brown in vegetable oil in a pan or on a contact grill. Add salt and pepper.

Step 3
Shred the rest of the potatoes and fry them in oil. Shape them into pancake and fry on both sides. Add salt to taste.

Step 4
Put the potato pancake on the SAGA cooking paper sheet. Put mashed potatoes over the potato pancake, spread evenly, sprinkle with chopped boiled egg and red onion.

Step 5
Put salmon skewer on top of the mashed potatoes and make a roll of the potato pancake with the help of SAGA cooking paper.

Step 6
Cook the roll in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 C.

Step 7
Remove the skewer and cut the roll into slices. Serve on a plate decorated with dill.

  • 350 gr peeled fresh potatoes
  • 2 chopped boiled egg
  • 0,5 diced red onion
  • dill
  • 60 ml vegetable oil
  • whole black pepper
  • salt
