Certifications and labels

You can always trust the safety, hygiene and high-quality of our products. Our third-party certifications and official labels provide reliable guidance for informed choices.

Plate and Fork symbol

Our products bring ease, comfort and hygiene to the kitchen and cooking. Products with the plate and fork symbol are suitable for use in food contact according to the packaging of each product. If the product is only suitable for short-term food contact, the label must state "for wiping".

Nordic Swan Ecolabel

The Nordic Swan Ecolabel tells the level of environmental protection of companies. It measures the environmental impact of products throughout their entire life cycle. The label guarantees that the product is manufactured in accordance with strict environmental requirements.

The Finnish Flag label

The Finnish Flag label shows our appreciation for Finnish work. The label means that our products are produced in Finland, providing jobs to hundreds of locals. We are extremely proud of being a Finnish company.

Ecovadis

Lambi is manufactured by Metsä Tissue, that received the highest Platinum level recognition in EcoVadis 2024 sustainability and social responsibility assessment for the fifth time in a row. Ecovadis is the world's largest and most respected organization assessing the sustainability of business operations. Based on its assessment, our company is in the top one percent of over 90,000 companies.

PEFC™

We take care of our forests. PEFC™ Chain of Custody demands include the origin of the wood, documentation, internal monitoring, defining the certified areas, and customer information. Forest certification takes into account the social, ecological and financial dimensions of forestry.
